Exchanges, refunds, and returns are not accepted. All sales are final.

However, in the case of receiving a damaged product, you must use the contact us form within 3 days of product delivery. Once we receive your form, send us a screenshot of the form, order receipt, and a image of the damaged project. We will determine whether we will accept your request. We do reserve the right to refuse requests for exchanges, refunds, and returns.
